Note 1. Women in a state of Haidh or Nifaas are allowed to delay Tawaaf-e-Ziyaarat without incurring a sin or a penalty.
2. If a woman becomes ceremonially pure from Haidh or Nifaas on 12th Zil Hajj, and there is enough time to perform at least 4 circuits of this Tawaaf, then she must do so, or else Damm will become Waajeeb. However, if the time was less than this, then there will be no sin or penalty.
3. To repeat this Tawaaf in its entirety, after renewing Wudhu, will not necessitate the penalty as stipulated in (b), (c) and (d).
4. If the total value of the Sadaqah amounts to the same value as a Damm then a little less should be given.
5. Repeating the Tawaaf as mentioned in (e) after becoming ceremonially pure, will not waive the penalty.
6. To omit the whole, (or a major portion), of Tawaaf-e-Ziyaarat makes cohabitation with the spouse unlawful for as long as this Tawaaf is not completed, even it be for life. If cohabitation does take place then Damm becomes Waajeeb for each act of cohabitation
