Note
1.
Although Hajj is
nullified, all the rites have to be completed as if one
was still
performing the Hajj,
and
one will still have to abstain
from
all the other prohibitions of Ihraam.
2.
A person whose Hajj has
been nullified cannot come out of Ihraam
until all the
rites of Hajj have been
completed.
3.
Qazaa of this nullified
Hajj, (even if it was a Nafl Hajj), will have
to be made in a
later
year.
4. When an Umrah is
nullified, one also has to complete all the rites of
Umrah in
order to come out of
Ihraam. The Qazaa of Umrah will
still remain.
5. Having a wet dream in the
state of Ihraam does not necessitate a
penalty.
However,
Ghusl is Fardh
and
any impurity on the
clothing
has to be cleansed.
6. For a Mufrid whose Hajj is
nullified, then only the Hajj has to be
repeated, not
the Umrah.
